Mercury Marine has strict requirements for Nitro Marine, we must demonstrate a commitment to exemplary customer service, be equipped with the latest tools and equipment, and have successfully completed the latest technician training requirements.
Our certified technicians are trusted by some of Australia's most rigorous commercial operators. Ensuring your engine is reliable out on the water through maintenance and accurate repairs is our number one goal. In 2012 our senior technician, David Brown, was awarded the Australian Annual Stephen Mills Service Award, one of the highest accolades for a Mercury certified technician.
By using the latest Mercury/MerCruiser diagnostic equipment we can pinpoint problems fast, saving you on labor for repairs. Our workshop is equipped with Mercury Marine's DDT, G3 and CDS diagnostic tools used for engine installation, configuration, and testing on your engine.
Maintaining your Warranty Reward
Mercury Marine provides an industry leading 3 + 2 year warranty on their engines (refer to Mercury Marine Australia for full details). To maintain your two year reward you must have your engine serviced and logged by a CSC in accordance with its service schedule. We also use only Genuine Quicksilver & Mercury parts and lubes on your engines. If you would like to check your service history, contact us with your serial number.
Mobile Certified Service Available
If you boat is moored at your house or at a hardstand, our mobile service is able to come to you. We also offer a trailer pickup service to bring you boat into our workshop.
